Ill-defined Problems

Current Definition
Problems are ill-defined when no specification for them is available. The integration between problem framing and problem solving is critical for ill-defined problems. DODEs support for ill-defined problems through partial constructions and specifications that can be modified at any time. "Ill-structured" and "wicked" are other terms used to describe design problems and design domains.
